Anita Barone

A stage actress that is versatile and is mostly restricted to sitcoms on TV, Anita Barone received her biggest break in the medium as husband of Jeff Foxworthy on "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," which had a single season on ABC between 1995 and 1996. Barone was on stage for the first time when she was 5 years old in Detroit when her family moved from St Louis. She was 23 when Barone had appeared in more than 50 plays. Most of them were performed in the regional and university theatres. The stage credits she played included Juliet of Romeo and Juliet, Helen Keller in an adaptation of "Monday after the Miracle" in addition to the part as Agnes who is a young and afflicted character in "Agnes of the Gods." She made her screen debut with a small role on the screen in "The Roseary Murders" (1987) she also played one scene as a character in "Ricochet" (1991) and she was given a role as the lead actress in the indie romantic comedy "Just Friends" (1996). Barone made her debut Hollywood film role in the form of Carol & Company (NBC, 1990-91) which was a failed attempt by Carol Burnett in trying to bring back the comedy sketch show. Barone also appeared in"Wounded Heart," a USA Network movie "Wounded Heart" in 1995. Barone later went back to her sitcom, starring alongside Michael Chiklis on "Daddio". Anita Anita Anita
